Open Arm at Wall: Begin by standing beside the wall with one arm extended out to the side. Gently rotate your torso away from the wall, focusing on opening the forearm and stretching the shoulder. Broken Wing: Transition into the Broken Wing pose, placing your arm at a 90-degree angle against the wall, resembling cactus or goalpost arms. As you turn away from the wall, you'll experience a beautiful opening through the chest and shoulders. This pose not only helps to relieve tension but also encourages deeper breathing and relaxation.
