However, as many of you know, life can bring unexpected challenges. Due to my recovery from a brain injury following TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation), I will be shifting my focus. While I’ve loved creating challenging Vinyasa flows, I am now embracing a gentler practice that honors my current capabilities.


This transition reflects a profound lesson in yoga: our bodies respond differently each day to the tasks and stressors we face. Some days we may feel strong and ready to tackle intense sequences, while other days may call for gentler movements and restorative practices. It's important to honor where we are, both physically and emotionally.


While I won’t be recording any more challenging Vinyasa videos for now, I invite you to explore these highlighted classes that showcase the beauty and diversity of Vinyasa yoga:
